The curious yogi
Vineet was a young teenager when he saw an eminent yoga guru demonstrating a breathing technique on the TV. That caught his mind and he started practicing the same for the next 5 years.
He had a thirst to learn more about breathing techniques and meditation, which was quenched in university, where his friend suggested him to do the Art of Living Happiness Program, which he enthusiastically participated in. That was the most blissful experience of his life and he has been continuously striving since to establish in that state of bliss.
After many years of unofficially teaching yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation to his family, friends, friends of friends, he decided to undergo an official training at Sri Sri School of Yoga, Bangalore, India and has been teaching regularly since then.
Recently, he came across a renowned pilates teacher trainer, with whom he learnt advanced pilates techniques. He has since incorporated those body movements in his regular sessions.
